Glucosinolates
Cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, kale, cauliflower and broccoli contain glucosinolates. These activate enzymes like sulforaphane when they pass through the intestine. Sulforaphane combats H. pylori and detoxifies environmental pollutants.
Cruciferous vegetables, particularly broccoli, reduce the risk of cancer for the prostate, lungs, colon, breast, bladder, liver, neck, head, mouth, esophagus and stomach.
For best results, steam broccoli and add your clove of garlic and olive oil daily. Not only is it healthy for weight loss, it’s also a tasty method to fight many types of cancer.
