Food to Eat to Prevent Cancer

Fiber

Fiber is left when your body digests everything else from plants. Dietary fiber helps waste move through the gut and carries toxins. By eating more fiber, you cleanse your gut faster. Fiber also helps you feel full longer and is important for weight loss. Dietary fiber is associated with reduced colorectal cancer.

Whole grains are an excellent source of fiber. When you eat bread, you eat whole grain bread. White bread has almost no fiber and is treated like sugar in your body.

In addition to fruits and vegetables, eat beans and legumes, quinoa, oatmeal, popcorn (no butter!) And chia seeds.
