Allium

Garlic is one of the best sources of allium. Allium has antitumor and antimicrobial effects and prevents cardiovascular diseases. Garlic also kills H. pylori, a bacterium associated with stomach cancer. Garlic can reduce the risk of colon, esophageal, pancreatic and breast cancer.

For best results, peel, chop, and leave a tooth for 15 minutes. Use it to boil or swallow with water.
