These so-called “TV dinners” revolutionized mealtime in the 1950s, but it’s time for the pendulum to return to freshly prepared meals, although this requires more effort. Very convenient, especially for shorter and shorter lunch breaks, frozen dishes are also full of sodium, and the quality of the ingredients in most brands is not top notch.

Check the labels to find some brands that keep sodium under control. They are available, but you will likely have to pay a little more.
